The MOU is the general framework for cooperation between both parties. Likewise, it will allow us to discuss, negotiate, develop and implement joint programs and/or specific projects of mutual interest in the areas indicated above.

Additionally, the MOU allows a flexible approach, in which the parties may involve a third or more parties, in support of the management, activities and/or identification, mobilization and capture of resources that will be used in previously defined programs or projects as agreed.

In this regard, the parties agree to work as a general strategy in the United States of America, and other interested countries including the United Nations, by inter-alia, the active promotion of a culture of Peace, Media, Human Rights, Tourism, Climate Change and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, especially the SDG4 "Quality Education", the SDG-5 "Gender Equality",

SDG-16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions".
